  1. # Working Groups
  2. As described in the MindSpore [governance](governance.md), Working
  3. Groups (WGs) are temporary groups formed to address issues that cross SIG
  4. boundaries. Working Groups have a have a clear goal measured through specific
  5. deliverables and disband after the goal is achieved. Working groups do not own
  6. artifacts or feature code in the long term; they create glue codes,
  7. specifications, recommendations, and/or code implementations for submission to
  8. the relevant SIGs for approval and acceptance.
  9. ## Proposing a new working group
  10. New Working Groups are created when there is sufficient interest in a topic area
  11. and someone volunteers to be the chair for the group and submits a proposal to
  12. the steering committee. The chair facilitates the discussion and helps
  13. synthesize proposals and decisions.
  14. ## Joining a working group
  15. Working Groups have most of their discussions on mailing list. If you are
  16. interested in participating, please join the discussion in the respective list.
  17. Details about any upcoming meetings will also be shared in the mailing list.
  18. Working Group artifacts can be found in the [working-groups repository](working-groups).

社区治理架构的内容详见governance.md,该提案处于初稿阶段,后期可能会在 技术指导委员会(TSC)的许可下进行刷新。除此之外,社区还提供了特别兴趣小组(SIG) 和工作组(Working Group)的资料介绍。
